Asheville Downtown Gallery Association Invites you to visit the downtown galleries to enjoy the fine art and craft that they have to offer. Having been voted #1 small city in the country by the readers of American Style Magazine 2 years running, if you have not been here you are missing a jewel of a city for the arts.

FIRST FRIDAY EVERY MONTH APRIL - DECEMBER

From 5 - 8 pm

The Asheville Downtown Gallery Association has 25 downtown venues for you to visit that are listed on the Downtown Gallery Guide with a map to help you along the way. These can be found at any participating downtown gallery, the Chamber of Commerce, or Pack Place.

The first Downtown Asheville Art Walk will take place Friday, April 5^th from 5-8pm. This particular First Friday Art Walk will be joined by Asheville’s local trolley service, providing a fun and safe way to go from one venue to another. Please join us every First Friday as the DAAD, comprised of galleries, museums, and jewelry studios within a walkable half mile radius of downtown to bring you a fun-filled evening full of exceptional art and activities for the whole family to enjoy. New downtown venues to be featured include Artetude, blue, Handmade in America, Mora, and Updraft Gallery.
